Prices and Payment
All prices are in £ sterling and include UK VAT at the appropriate rate. Delivery charges are not included in the prices quoted. We accept payment by most major credit, cards debit cards and cheques. Manual Payments must be in UK Sterling (Goods will not be dispatched until cheques have cleared, please allow 5 working days)
Online payments are processed through secure servers, you can chose from either Sagepay or Paypal.
All items offered on the website are subject to availability. Orders are not considered accepted by Simply Plush until the order has been confirmed and the goods dispatched by Simply Plush or their agents. Any transactions based on computer code other than the source code written by Simply Plush or their agents will be void. Placing an order signifies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. We will notify you of the expected delivery date, in the event this is unacceptable, we will cancel your order and refund you your money.
You have the right to cancel your order within seven working days of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods) and return them for a full refund. This will apply to your order unless you order goods made to your own specification cannot be returned. Should you cancel the contract we will then refund you the price you have paid for the goods. It is your responsibility to give notice of your wish to cancel within this cancellation period by email or letter. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. The goods must be returned in saleable condition at your expense and we would recommend for your own protection that you use a recorded delivery service.
Whilst every effort shall be made to keep any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence of the Simplyplush.co.uk delivery service. Simplyplush.co.uk shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the Customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. Delivery of the Goods shall be made to the Customer’s address and the Customer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the Goods whenever they are tendered for delivery.
If you are not entirely happy with a purchase we are more than happy for you to return the item for a full refund or exchange within 7 days of receipt. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. The goods must be returned in saleable condition at your expense and we would recommend for your own protection that you use a recorded delivery service. Please email or telephone us to advise of the return.
After-sales Services and Guarantees
All products come with a full manufacturer’s warranty. If an item you receive is faulty, please notify us and return the item as instructed. If after inspection, Simply Plush agrees with your complaint, we will replace your goods or arrange a refund.
